UFC on ESPN: Whittaker vs. Till

Robert Whittaker vs. Darren Till ( MMA Analyse score this fight 49-47 for Till )

Till has strong start, dictate the tempo and control action in first. Whittaker was very consistent and after slow first round he took initiative and won next two round with good combinations and movement ( in second Whittaker knockdown Till ). Fourth round was toe to toe and very difficult because both fighters calculating and mostly use feints. Last round was close, Darren throw some serious punches, but Robert keep distance between them using kicks and eventually managed to takedown opponent twice.

Mauricio Rua vs. Antonio Rogerio Nogueira ( MMA Analyse score this fight 29-28 for Rua )

Bout between this guys gave us close fight with mostly stand-up exchange. Rua's way to win was maybe because he mixed things good, had takedown in first and third round, throw some good kicks, keep distance well and has sold punching ratio. on the other side Nogueira felt comfortable in boxing aspect of the fight and with strong punches dominate second round ,be toe to toe in the first, but he was tired than oponnent in the third and that probably decide the fight.

Fabricio Werdum vs. Alexander Gustafsson SUB R1

Couple exchange in the begining of the fight, but Werdum managed to take single leg and Alex on the ground, but he sprawl and throw some hard punches while Werdum hold his leg. Eventulally when Gustafsson try to escape they put stand up and Werdum transform from holding leg to holding his waist and drop him down again. Fabricio grap his back and then convert that position to the armbar and finihed his oponnent.

Carla Esparza vs. Marina Rodriguez ( MMA Analyse score this fight 29-28 for Esparza )

Crazy and close match between this two ladies. Esparza successfully takedown oponnent in every round and established control of the oponnent with some good shoots. Rodriguez although be in weak position she delivered some nasty elbows and hard punches from the back. Hard fight to judge because of good work from bottom in the first secure Marina round, third goes to Carla because of good control and more placed strikes,so first is key. Very close round and depends of the point of view and can go on both sides, but slightlly advantage because of early takedown, more shoots placed and contloling almost whole period. Although Marina could stole in the finish when she throw series of devastating punches, but maybe to late.

Paul Craig vs. Gadzhimurad Antigulov SUB R1

Antigulov's early takedown made him in a good spot and he throw some devastating punches, while Craig take him in a trap and put in the triangle choke, Antigulov damaged oponnent with couple of hard punches, but when Craig adjust form and pull him more down he had been forced to tap.

Alex Oliveira vs. Peter Sobotta ( MMA Analyse score this fight 30-27 for Oliveira )

Calm approuch by Oliveira who control distance and tempo through whole fight. Alex hit precise body punches and kicks what slowling and cutting Peter to put his tempo on and do more. In second round Oliveira knockdown Sobotta put he fast cover up. Sobotta try to push harder on the third but with the presure he recived more demage and coulnd't be able to overturn this fight.

Khamzat Chimaev vs. Rhys McKee TKO R1

One tremendous performance by Chimaev who outclass his oponnent. Early takedown for Khamzat secure him position for control and shooting big amount of punches, whe eventually McKee was stopped.

On this is card good to mention, we saw TUF 28 finalist Pannie Kianzad who defeat(unanimous decision) Beth Correira in bantamweight and also comeback of Jesse Ronson who submitted Nicolas Dalby via rear-naked choke in welterweight. Canadian Tanner Boser who KO'd Raphael Pessoa could be something big in heavyweight.
