UFC Fight Night : The Korean Zombie vs Rodriguez - Post Event Analyse

Main Card

• Mike Trizano def. Luis Pena via SD. In first round Pena had inititative and score 3 takedowns while Trizano had good attempt of guillotine choke. In second round Trizano had initiative, Pena had very good attempt of RNC and later he score takedown. Trizano successfully rolls and had solid GNP. In third Trizano and Pena had each one takedown. Trizano had some inititative and solid GNP. Very close fight, it could gone either way.

• Maycee Barber def. Hannah Cifer via TKO ( punches ). In first round Barber had clinch control and inititative. In second round Barber use her strength and with very good GNP finish fight.

• Beneil Dariush def. Thiago Moises via UD. Dariush completely dominate Moises and earn very impressive win.

• Germaine de Randamie def. Raquel Pennington via UD. In this fight Pennington try to initiate clinch and takedown de Randamie but without success; de Randamie had initiative and she was concrete in stand-up which secure her a win.

Co-Maint Event

• Donald Cerrone def. Mike Perry via SUB ( armbar ). After clinch fight in which both landed some very good knees Perry was able to takedown Cerrone. Cerrone immediately try to secure triangle but Perry defended well. In just a second Cerrone switch to armbar and force Perry to tap for setting two UFC records ( Most wins and most finishes ).

Main event

• Yair Rodriguez def. 'Korean Zombie' Chan Sung Jung via KO ( elbow ). First four rounds was very close and they both go in fifth even. In fifth KZ was better until last ten second when he and Rodriguez started swinging. In literally last second of fight Rodriguez land elbow from very unusual angle that put 'Korean Zombie' to sleep.
