UFC Fight Night : Santos vs Anders - Post Event Analyse

Main Card
Randa Markos and Marina Rodriguez had majority draw decision in first fight of this main card. In first round Markos had takedown and 3 and half minutes control on the ground and that was enough for win in round 1. In round 2 Rodriguez was able to keep fight on the feet where she had adventage and she secure second round with excellent kickboxing techniques. In third round Markos had takedown and 1 and half control on the ground while Rodriguez had very good attacks on the feet. Round 3 was very close and it could go either way but judges saw this round even.
Andre Ewell def. Renan Barao via split decision win. In round 1 Barao had almost 4 minute control on the ground and 2 takedowns with one very good attempt of armbar which is without doubt his round. In second round Ewell was more aggressive and he kept fight on the feet for about 4 minutes and then Barao score takedown and had 1 minute control on ground but he wasn't aggressive and didn't make something special to steal the round. In third round Ewell had initiative and he was more aggressive than Barao which secure him round 3 and win. Barao for this fight miss weight ( he was 5.6 lbs heavier over bantamweight limit of 136 ).
Antonio Rogerio Nogueira def. Sam Alvey by TKO. In first round Alvey land couple good left hands and probably win round 1. In second Nogueira hurt him with left and after that didn't give him time to recover and finish him with pucnhes.
Co-Main Event
Alex Oliveira hit Carlo Pedersoli with good left hand and then finish him with GNP in just 39 seconds.
Main Event
Thiago Santos and Eryk Anders give fight fans a real war and very good final fight on this card. Through the whole fight it looks like Santos had adventage over Anders with his heavy shots while Anders try to secure top control on ground. After end of third round ( after he was bombarded with punches from Santos ) Anders wasn't able to walk and his team try get him on the feet but he just couldn't stand up and referee Marc Goddard stop the fight.
