Bellator 251 - Recap

Bellator 251 give us 10 fights and only 3 finishes. First fight of preliminary card gave us round one finish for Sumiko Inaba.

Jaylon Bates, Ali Zebian, Janay Harding and Julius Anglickas won their fight by strong performances and unanimous decision wins over their respective opponents.

Georgi Karakhanyan was better than Bryce Logan in a very close and interesting fight that was declared as a split decision win for Karakhanyan.

In first fight of the main card, Killys Mota had a better first round but Derek Anderson in second round land a head kick that was completely legal even if at the first point looked like an a illegal shot.

Austin Vanderford dominated Vinicius de Jesus for three rounds and didn't give de Jesus any chance to make a comeback. Third round was probably most dominant for Vanderford.

Very close fight that was eventually decided as a unanimous decision win for Tyrell Fortune against Said Sowma.

Corey Anderson made a debut from dream against a true veteran of the sport, Melvin Manhoef. He dominated fight from start to finish and was able to finish fight in second round with some nasty elbows from top position.
