Bellator 200 : Carvalho vs Mousasi - Post Event Analyse

Main Card

• Phil Davis was better through the whole fight and then after minute in third he land beatiful head kick and finish Linton Vassell. Davis now have 2 straight wins while Vassell suffer his second straight loss.

• Kate Jackson defeat Anastasia Yankova and back on winning column while Yankova suffer her first defeat in pro MMA carrer. Kate dominate Yankova through the first and second round. In third Yankova was able to secure top position on the ground and win this round but not the whole fight.

• Mike Shipman defeat Carl Noon in just 11 seconds. Noon was in knockdown after first punch of the fight. Shipman now have 12 straight wins, all by finishes while Noon's comeback after 7 years of absence did not go very well for him.

• Aaron Chalmers defeat Ash Griffiths via guillotine choke. Griffiths was able to score takedown but Chalmers stand up. While Chalmers standing up Griffiths land very good knee to the Aaron's head and Aaron counter him back. After Aaron's counter Ash fall and Aaron started working for finish with GNP but then set up standing guillotine and put Griffiths on sleep. Chalmers now upgrade his score to 4 wins, all by finish while Griffiths suffer 4th straight loss.

Co-Main Event

• Michael Venom Page defeat David Rickels in what was dominant display of Michael's ability. After fantastic first round he hit Rickels with right hook and Rickels just show that he doesn't want continue fight. This was 13 straight win for Page, 9 in Bellator.

Main Event

• Gegard Mousasi dominate Rafael Carvalho and wins Bellator Middleweight Championship. He was able to grapple Rafael from start to the end of fight. This was his 7th straight win. Rafael Carvalho suffer his second loss in his MMA pro carrer after 15 consecutive wins and 3 conscecutive title defenses in Bellator.
