Main Card
Tywan Claxton def. Jose Antonio Perez via TKO ( elbows ). Total domination for Claxton and well deserved win. He use his adventage in reach and sucessfully take Perez to the ground and destroy him with elbows. Claxton now have 2-0 in Bellator while Perez now have 0-2 in Bellator.
Vadim Nemkov def. Liam McGeary via TKO ( leg kicks ). First round was slow start for both fighters and they started to push hard in second. At the end of round 2 Nemkov hurt McGeary's left leg and continue to destroying his leg in round 3 until McGeary was unable to stand on the leg. Big victory for Nemkov ( now 2-0 in Bellator ) and big congrats for brave McGeary ( now 9-3 in Bellator ).
Heather Hardy def. Ana Julaton via UD ( judges scores 29-28, 30-27, 30-27 for Hardy ). In this fight we saw a lot of grappling, something uncommon for previous Hardy's fights. However, Hardy was better for all three rounds and show some solid skills in grappling while Julaton performance in this fight was solid. Hardy now have 2-1 in Bellator while Julaton have 0-2 in Bellator.
Co-main event
Patricky Freire def. Derek Campos via TKO ( punches ). Freire was aggressive fighter from the start and when he hurt Campos he didn't stop until he finishes him. After performance like this and extending his win streak to 3, Freire ( now 12-7 in Bellator ) should probably get a chance to fight for belt. Campos ( now 8-5 in Bellator ) suffer loss after 4 win streak.
Main event ( QF Bellator Heavyweight Grand Prix )
Matt Mitrione def. Roy Nelson via MD( two judges scores 29-28 for Mitrione, one judge score 28-28 ). In first two rounds Mitrione was better because Nelson have two takedowns but didn't do something significant. In third round Nelson was more concrete on the ground with some serious GNP but that was not enough for win. With this win Mitrione ( now 4-0 in Bellator ) advanced through the semi-final of Bellator WGP and he will wait the winner of Ryan Bader/Muhammed Lawal fight. We will also see what is next for Nelson ( now 1-1 in Bellator ).
